It starts by inviting reflection upon your work and the patterns within this; it helpfully frames transitions between the phases of our day. It also shares the principle we have in Everyday Faith that God is present in our everyday and as such workplaces - even home workplaces - can be seen as 'holy ground'.
The sections on confession and lamenting are particularly fruitful - given how important our interactions with others are and how we handle mistakes. Though I did misread this as laminating at work, so was expecting some prayers for making signs....
