Your secret weapon: the grandparent generation

Discover the unique opportunity grandparents have to nurture faith across generations

GRANDPARENTS HAVE A VITAL ROLE to play.

Grandparents and the grandparent generation have a unique opportunity to help children and young people in the church family grow in faith.

Years of following Jesus have given many grandparents a wealth of stories and experience. They have navigated joy and sorrow, change and uncertainty, important decisions and everyday life. Those experiences can encourage younger generations to trust God in their own lives through authentic relationships, honest conversations and prayer.

If our churches are to flourish across generations, we need to rediscover the grandparent generation as a treasure for the whole church.

Grandparenting for Faith exists to equip grandparents to step confidently into this calling.

About this webinar

In this webinar, Becky Sedgwick, author of Grandparenting for Faith and course leader at BRF Ministries, shares:

  • what the Bible teaches about the role of grandparents
  • the challenges facing today’s grandparents, and what churches are seeing in practice
  • ready-to-use resources from Parenting for Faith and CYM
  • simple ways to integrate Grandparenting for Faith into church life, from Sunday services and small groups to wider church ministry.

This webinar is designed to meet grandparents where they are, helping them grow in confidence and discover simple, meaningful ways to invest in the next generation.

The best years of your ministry are still ahead. We’d love to help you embrace them.
