We Hear You Listening Resource
A ready-to-use listening resource that is easy to follow and fun to do with children and young people
THE CONCEPT IS REALLY SIMPLE – Church and school leaders run the four activities and then feedback their findings. This guide is perfect for anyone who runs sessions and needs ready-to-use content. The findings will help us all understand what children and young people value in their leaders.
Feedback will be collected online, with each group having the chance of winning a £100 Eden voucher. The findings will be shared with dioceses and fed into future Children’s and Youth Ministry Training and Ordination Training.
This resource has been created by the Church of England’s 30k Project in collaboration with the Growing Faith Foundation. Tobi Omoloso, who is the Growing Faith Coordination Specialist, said: ‘This is a great resource that specifically aims to learn what children and young people value in their leaders.’
The survey to feedback results will be open for the whole of 2025.
