RECOGNISE 2027
A national week of recognition for everyone involved in ministry with children, young people, and their families
RECOGNISE 2027 WILL TAKE PLACE from Monday 28 June until Sunday 4 July 2027. This will be a fantastic opportunity to celebrate, thank, and acknowledge everyone involved in Children’s and Youth Ministry—both staff and volunteers.
The 30k Project wants to RECOGNISE all the hard work of those serving in CYPF Ministry. There are so many individuals giving tirelessly to nurture the faith of the emerging generations. This event provides the opportunity to create a wave of appreciation and echo the heartfelt thanks across the Church.
How to get involved: Sunday 4 July 2027 is the day for churches nationwide to celebrate and thank those involved in this vital ministry. Put the date in your church diary and check back here for more details nearer to the time.
Is this for volunteers too? RECOGNISE is aimed at anyone who is involved in children’s and youth ministry in a church setting. This may be a paid employee or a volunteer; it is important that we recognise both.
What about volunteers who help in other areas? RECOGNISE is for people involved in children and youth ministry. For volunteers helping in other areas. National Volunteers’ Week offers a great opportunity to celebrate and thank them. Take a look here for other tips on how to support and thank volunteers.
