Networks that support faith in the workplace

Faith at work is about where we find God in our everyday lives

ALL JOBS COME WITH OPPORTUNITIES and challenges, whether we work in factories, nursing homes, universities, hospitals, on farms, in supermarkets, at schools, on public transportation – and God is with us in all of these roles. Here you can access a selection of networks that support Christians in the workplace.

Workplace groups

The Christian Medical Fellowship represents over 4,500 Christian doctors, nurses, midwives and students across the UK and Ireland. Its mission is ‘uniting and equipping Christian doctors and nurses to live and speak for Jesus’.

Faith in Business is an independent charitable organisation based in Cambridge. It encourages and equips Christians to be faithful disciples in the business world through a variety of resources (annual retreat, books, journal, articles, monthly webinars, prayer network).

Workplace chaplaincies

Workplace Chaplaincy Mission UK (WCM UK) is the national association for workplace chaplains. Run by chaplains for chaplains, we give advice, offer training and support, and run seminars for our 500 members.

Networks

LICC aims to catalyse a movement that inspires people to live as disciples of Jesus – whatever they do, whoever and wherever they are.

Salt Business Network – Christian Aid – Stands together as a network, united by shared Christian values, to transform businesses locally and globally to be a force for good; inspiring businesses to champion dignity, equality and justice.
