THE CHURCH GROWTH RESEARCH PROGRAMME addressed questions around church growth. The programme sought to investigate the factors influencing church growth within the context of the Church of England. It focused on finding areas of ministry which are showing numerical growth – and finding out why.

Following on from the research, a toolkit, ‘From Evidence to Action’, was developed. This uses and builds on the findings of the research as summarised in ‘From Anecdote to Evidence’. It is designed to help those who want to reflect and act on these findings.
