Diocesan Investment Programme: Feedback and recommendations from Mark Kitson report – afternoon session

Friday 19 September 2025, 3pm

Discover key insights and recommendations from the independent report on strategic investment in a dedicated webinar

IN DECEMBER 2024, THE STRATEGIC Mission and Ministry Investment Board (SMMIB) commissioned Mark Kitson Consulting to gather independent feedback on the Diocesan Investment Programme process. This included surveys and interviews with SMMIB members, Vision and Strategy team members and 44 respondents from 28 dioceses.

Those involved in delivering strategic projects in dioceses are now invited to hear feedback and recommendations from the report in a dedicated webinar, hosted by Mark Kitson, Debbie Clinton and Tom Conway.

Following the presentation of findings, there will be an opportunity to ask questions of clarification and a short reflection on next steps.

Diocesan Secretaries, CEOs, and those involved in managing strategic vision and programmes are invited to attend.
