IN DECEMBER 2024, THE STRATEGIC Mission and Ministry Investment Board (SMMIB) commissioned Mark Kitson Consulting to gather independent feedback on the Diocesan Investment Programme process. This included surveys and interviews with SMMIB members, Vision and Strategy team members and 44 respondents from 28 dioceses.
Those involved in delivering strategic projects in dioceses were invited to hear feedback and recommendations from the report in a dedicated webinar, hosted by Mark Kitson, Debbie Clinton and Nick Shepherd.
