“A close-knit community” – Estates Churches: Holy Nativity Church, Eastfields

A toddler group has grown a community of families as part of the Stepping Up programme

WORKING IN PARISHES ON THE edge of the Diocese of York, Stepping Up is a year-long programme of nurture and development for lay people from our Low-Income Communities, to grow in their own faith and discipleship and in confidence for mission. At the end, each person steps up in mission using their gifts and lived experience to share God’s love in their local community.

Little Lambs, a toddler group based at Holy Nativity Church, Eastfields, provides children with a place to play, and gives adults a chance to share, and build community.
