Ambassadors Football has worked with local churches to deliver football-based outreach projects for over 35 years. Their mission is to equip and serve the local Church in its disciple-making mission. Football provides a fun, familiar and accessible activity that acts as the starting point on a discipleship pathway.

A Community Football Outreach (CFO) is a regular football activity session run by a church, creating a space for churches to connect with families outside the church, build relationships, share the gospel and invite people to explore the Christian faith. Churches decide when and where the CFO takes place: at the church or a community facility, indoors or outdoors, at the weekend or after school.

Ambassadors Football provides training and mentoring for churches to start CFOs. Ambassadors Football accompanies churches for 12 months, from exploring whether a CFO is the right fit for their church, through to volunteer training, in-person support for the first CFO sessions, and mentoring as the CFO continues. Discounted training packages, including equipment and FA Coaching training for a volunteer from the church, are available.
