THE UNDERSTANDING YOUNG ADULT JOURNEYS to Faith in the Church of England report highlights significant changes in how young adults explore faith, connect with Christian community and engage with church life.
Designed specifically for clergy and church leaders, this webinar will move beyond the findings themselves to focus on what they mean for local churches. Together, we will explore how changing cultural realities are reshaping the contexts in which young adults encounter faith, and consider how churches can adapt their ministry in response.
Through discussion with practitioners and young adults, we will reflect on questions such as:
- What do young adults value in a church community?
- How are digital and in-person experiences shaping faith and belonging?
- What barriers can prevent young adults from engaging with church life?
- How can churches create pathways from welcome to participation and discipleship?
- What practical changes can church leaders make in response to the report’s findings?
The webinar will include a panel discussion, practical examples and audience Q&A, providing an opportunity to reflect on how your church can support young adults to flourish in faith today.
