The Church of England national funeral conference, Circles of Impact: funerals, bereavement and communities, and the National Funeral Exhibition are happening at the same time and in the same place in 2019.
Join us on Friday June 7th and/or Saturday June 8th 2019 in Stoneleigh to tap in to the expertise and experience of a wide-range of practitioners. They’ll help us think about how churches are there for those who are affected by a death, whether recent or long ago.
Death touches communities – family groups, friendship groups, colleagues, neighbours and strangers. The impact is not just for a week or two, but may continue over months, years, generations.
Each day of the conference can be booked separately and the programme on each day will be different, so you can also book for two days, and arrange your own accommodation if you wish. All delegates will have time to visit the National Funeral Exhibition – a chance to engage with other professionals, explore new ideas around funeral practice and think how these changes might impact the church.
